Dope – Weblog wrote in Perl (uses mod_perl). Inspired by Slash/Squish, but intended to be easier to administer and more streamlined.
eZ Publish – GPLed community portal/web publishing system. Object-oriented uses PHP, Apache, ImageMagick and MySQL.
Geeklog – Fully featured weblog software that runs the Security Geeks website. The over-riding development philosophy for the software is performance, privacy and security.
